Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of TokenOne®.

1. Who we are
“TokenOne®”, “we”, “us” refers to One Group Inc. (trading as TokenOne®) with registered support email support@tokenone.io and legal email legal@tokenone.io.
2. Acceptance
By creating a TokenOne® account, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you are using TokenOne® on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
3. The service
TokenOne® is a unified wallet for AI usage tokens plus the TokenOne Delivery®control plane (Routing, proxies, connectors, and related features). Specific features may evolve; we aim to give reasonable notice of breaking changes.
4. Your content + data
You retain ownership of all content you submit to TokenOne®(prompts, uploads, project configuration). You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service. We do not train any model on your content without your explicit written consent.
We hold your data as described in the Privacy Policy and list every sub-processor we share data with on the Sub-processors page.
5. Tokens, billing, and refunds
TokenOne® is metered in tokens. Top-ups are priced in real money; usage debits tokens. Purchased tokens carry no fiat cash value and are non-transferable between accounts. Unused tokens expire per the retention schedule on your plan.
Refunds: we refund unused token balances pro-rata within 30 days of purchase on request if you have not materially used the service. Refunds after that window are at our discretion, assessed case by case.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use TokenOne® for any purpose described in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Uptime + SLA
Plans with an SLA are subject to the commitments on the SLA page. Free and trial plans carry no SLA.
8. IP
The TokenOne® software, documentation, branding, and our product names (TokenOne®, TokenOne Delivery®, RouteOne®) are our property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them only within the service.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach after a 14-day cure notice. On termination, you may export your data for 30 days; after that we delete it subject to any statutory retention requirements (audit logs, billing records).
10. Liability
Nothing excludes liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill) save as set out in applicable consumer-protection law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
